Processing Time
We carefully prepare and ship your order within 2–5 business days.
Shipping within Australia
Standard shipping: 2–7 business days Express shipping: 1–3 business days (option available at checkout)
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to selected countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel happy and confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges: We’re happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value. Just contact us to arrange the return and we'll guide you through the process.
Custom Orders: As each custom piece is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.
